Our People

Mike R. – Lead Technician

Mike has been on roofs in the South Bay for over twenty years, and there isn’t much he hasn’t seen once or twice. He started as a tear-off laborer in his early twenties and worked his way up by asking questions and never being satisfied with “good enough.” Mike handles the complicated repair work: flashing failures around chimneys on older Willow Glen homes, valley leaks that only show up during the first big storm in November, and decking rot that hides under shingles that look fine from the ground. He’s the person who walks the roof with you afterward and points out exactly what he found and what he did about it. If you ask him a question, he’ll answer it in plain English, not roofer shorthand.

Daniel T. – Senior Installer

Daniel runs our full replacement crews, which means he’s responsible for the entire system going down correctly: drip edge at the eaves, underlayment across the decking, ridge cap along the peaks, and every shingle in between. He’s been installing asphalt shingle systems from CertainTeed and Owens Corning for close to fifteen years, and he’s also certified to work with GAF’s more specialized product lines. Daniel is methodical in a way that makes inspectors nod when they show up. He keeps a running tally of every roof he’s replaced in San Jose, and he can tell you which neighborhoods see the most wind-driven rain exposure based purely on how the old roofs failed.

Elena S. – Service Coordinator

He’s from San Jose originally, and he takes a particular interest in the older housing stock in neighborhoods like Naglee Park and Rose Garden, where roof lines are often steeper and the homes need a more careful hand.
